Job Description

We are partnering with a well-known hospitality group to hire a Restaurant General Manager for one of their reputable, design-driven upscale Italian-American restaurants located inside a prominent lifestyle hotel in Chicago. The role offered is a full-time position with competitive compensation ranging between $85,000 and $95,000 annually, plus a performance bonus, full benefits package, including health benefits, and a 401(k) retirement plan. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the entire daily operation of a busy, upscale restaurant within a bustling hotel environment. Your leadership will be key in maintaining brand consistency and delivering hospitality excellence that meets the high standards expected by the hotel and the hospitality group. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Chicago-area candidates strongly preferred
