Direct engagement with customers to promptly address any concerns or feedback is also key to ensuring an unparalleled dining experience.

Moreover, this position involves strategic scheduling to optimize service efficiency while adhering to KFC's brand standards. The manager will lead the implementation of new product rollouts and oversee financial performance through detailed budget management and profitability strategies. An up-to-date understanding of competitors’ offerings and digital engagement platforms will be crucial to maintaining KFC’s competitive edge.

Candidates with at least five years of experience in restaurant or retail management, robust skills in P&L analysis, and an ability to leverage digital tools for operational success will find this role both challenging and rewarding. Exceptional communication skills, a firm grasp of restaurant maintenance programs, and a dedication to company values such as equity and inclusion are essential.

The position promises competitive pay, eligibility for bonuses, paid time off including vacation, scholarship opportunities, and medical benefits from day one. Notably, KFC offers unique benefit programs including the KFC Foundation Programs which provide free college tuition at Western Governors University, a dollar-for-dollar savings match program, and a hardship assistance program. Employees also enjoy free meals during each shift, contributing to a work-hard, play-hard culture.

This is an excellent career advancement opportunity for a driven individual eager to lead a team that embodies the spirit of KFC's brand and deliver exceptional results.
