Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a full-service restaurant general manager with bar experience
  • Proficient computer literacy including MS Office and point-of-sale systems
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all organizational levels
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years full-service restaurant general manager with bar experience
  • Culinary background desirable
  • Proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and point-of-sale systems
  • Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities
  • Ability to interact at all levels including executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members
  • Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers, and direct reports
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
