Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a full-service restaurant general manager with bar experience
- Proficient computer literacy including MS Office and point-of-sale systems
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all organizational levels
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years full-service restaurant general manager with bar experience
- Culinary background desirable
- Proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and point-of-sale systems
- Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities
- Ability to interact at all levels including executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members
- Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers, and direct reports
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
