Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current Health Card as per state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Ability to work 50 hours per week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in maintaining operational excellence and financial results
- Experience with food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Build and develop a high-performing team through training and skill development
- Provide clear and consistent leadership and direction
- Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- Manage P&L and operational performance of the restaurant
- Ensure excellent customer service and high quality food standards
- Maintain food safety and restaurant cleanliness
- Act as liaison between restaurant and field leadership to promote company culture and values
