Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card as per state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining operational excellence and financial results
  • Experience with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team through training and skill development
  • Provide clear and consistent leadership and direction
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • Manage P&L and operational performance of the restaurant
  • Ensure excellent customer service and high quality food standards
  • Maintain food safety and restaurant cleanliness
  • Act as liaison between restaurant and field leadership to promote company culture and values
