Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Ability to prioritize own and others work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Knowledge of guest service principles
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts when necessary

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability by analyzing P&L statements and driving sales
  • Motivate and lead team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Address and resolve guest issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, select, and onboard new employees while providing ongoing training and certification
  • Provide coaching and feedback to increase team capabilities and performance
  • Optimize labor scheduling for managers and team members
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and BURGER KING policies
  • Uphold operational and brand standards
  • Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator as needed
