Job Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
High school diploma or GED required
1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
Ability to prioritize own and others work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
Demonstrated leadership skills
Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
Demonstrated leadership skills
Knowledge of guest service principles
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work long or irregular shifts when necessary

Job Duties

Manage restaurant profitability by analyzing P&L statements and driving sales
Motivate and lead team members to deliver exceptional guest service
Address and resolve guest issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
Recruit, select, and onboard new employees while providing ongoing training and certification
Provide coaching and feedback to increase team capabilities and performance
Optimize labor scheduling for managers and team members
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and BURGER KING policies
Uphold operational and brand standards
Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator as needed
