Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • availability to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • willingness to comply with company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current Health Card per state or local requirements

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
  • maintain high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • perform and understand every job in the restaurant
  • manage all aspects of restaurant performance and decision-making
