Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- availability to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- willingness to comply with company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- current Health Card per state or local requirements
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
- maintain high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- perform and understand every job in the restaurant
- manage all aspects of restaurant performance and decision-making
- communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff

- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
