Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role in food service
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Basic understanding of financial management
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

Experience in restaurant or fast food management
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to manage financial aspects such as P&L
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
