Job Requirements
- must be at least eighteen years of age
- high school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- demonstrated leadership skills
- demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
Job Qualifications

- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant profitability and drive financial outcomes
- Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest service expectations
- Manage the guest experience and respond promptly to guest issues
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Provide coaching and feedback to enhance team capabilities
- Manage labor scheduling and ensure compliance with all regulations and brand standards
- Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary
