Job Requirements

Effective communication skills
must be at least 18 years old with valid U.S. ID
willing to undergo a criminal background check and work with minors
flexible with work hours including weekends and holidays
ability to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to twenty-five pounds
reliable transportation
willingness to be part of the Mitra culture and have fun

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous restaurant management experience preferred
strong leadership and mentoring skills
excellent customer service abilities
good organizational and time management skills
basic financial literacy
ability to foster a positive workplace culture

Job Duties

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
nurture, grow, and retain team members
build a culture of excellent customer service
ensure guests receive friendly service, quality food, and a clean environment
maintain high standards for cleanliness and equipment
manage the restaurant's profit and loss statement
ensure compliance with all legal and company standards
