Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant or retail management
availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
strong leadership capability
excellent organizational and time management skills
ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
basic financial knowledge

Job Duties

maintain strong relationships with customers and respond to their feedback
implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales
monitor and control expenses to maximize profitability
