Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma
- two years of restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership
- ability to understand and communicate in English
- possession of current health card
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including MVR
- pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
- open availability covering varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership in all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- current health card as required by state or local regulations
- reliable transportation
- ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- successful completion of SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- ensure world class operations including well-trained staff and pristine restaurants
- maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- perform every job in the restaurant as needed
- serve as the ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
- engage in effective communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
- train and develop teams while providing timely performance feedback
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- maintain strong and consistent financial results
