Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in english
  • must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • pass serv safe certification course and exam
  • availability to work 50 hours a week
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • identifying and developing high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieving and maintaining world-class restaurant operations
  • maintaining high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • performing all job functions across the restaurant
  • serving as ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
  • communicating regularly with field leadership and staff
  • ensuring compliance with company policies and financial goals
