Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma
- two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in english
- must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- pass serv safe certification course and exam
- availability to work 50 hours a week
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- identifying and developing high-potential team members into leaders
- achieving and maintaining world-class restaurant operations
- maintaining high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- performing all job functions across the restaurant
- serving as ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
- communicating regularly with field leadership and staff
- ensuring compliance with company policies and financial goals
