Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform shift coverage and operational duties
- Experience managing restaurant or hospitality operations
- Knowledge of local market and customer engagement strategies
- Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Willingness to travel and attend offsite training and meetings
Job Qualifications
- Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Recent prior experience as a General Manager
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
- Success in mentoring and coaching individuals for professional growth
- Understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial oversight
- Proficiency in POS and related systems
