Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to perform shift coverage and operational duties
  • Experience managing restaurant or hospitality operations
  • Knowledge of local market and customer engagement strategies
  • Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Willingness to travel and attend offsite training and meetings

Job Qualifications

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • Success in mentoring and coaching individuals for professional growth
  • Understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial oversight
  • Proficiency in POS and related systems

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences
  • Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere
  • Drive incremental sales through exceptional service and upselling coaching
