Job Requirements

  • Strong stable work history with relevant management experience
  • Prior experience in high-volume casual or family dining settings
  • Completion of Golden Corral’s comprehensive management training program
  • Education or training related to business or hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Job Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral’s management training program
  • College coursework or training in business or hospitality preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets effectively
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • Manage overall restaurant operations to ensure high-quality guest service and food standards
  • Communicate and enforce Golden Corral operational standards effectively with the team
  • Train, mentor, and develop restaurant staff to enhance performance and career growth
  • Monitor financial performance including sales, labor, and food costs to achieve budget targets
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation regulations
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and motivation
  • Address guest concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
