Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED
2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
must be at least 21 years old
must pass background check criteria
must have reliable transportation
basic business math and accounting skills
able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
able to sweep, mop, and clean restaurant and surrounding grounds
able to tolerate standing and walking for 80% of shift time

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or GED
college or university degree preferred
2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
demonstrated leadership skills
basic computer literacy
strong analytical and decision-making abilities
experience in profit and loss responsibility
positive attitude and strong communication skills

Job Duties

finding, hiring and developing employees
conducting new hire orientation and developing training plans
scheduling and deploying the team effectively
addressing employee performance issues
assisting in resolving customer issues
managing the restaurant budget and financial plans
ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards
