Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- must be at least 21 years old
- must pass background check criteria
- must have reliable transportation
- basic business math and accounting skills
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to sweep, mop, and clean restaurant and surrounding grounds
- able to tolerate standing and walking for 80% of shift time
Job Qualifications

- college or university degree preferred
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- demonstrated leadership skills
- basic computer literacy
- strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- experience in profit and loss responsibility

- finding, hiring and developing employees
- conducting new hire orientation and developing training plans
- scheduling and deploying the team effectively
- addressing employee performance issues
- assisting in resolving customer issues
- managing the restaurant budget and financial plans
- ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards
