Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of restaurant general management experience preferably in quick service restaurants
Effective communication skills
Must be at least 18 years old with valid U.S. ID
Must pass a criminal background check and be able to work with minors
Must be flexible with work hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to twenty-five pounds
Reliable transportation to and from work
Be willing to have fun and be part of the Mitra culture

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of restaurant general management experience preferably in quick service restaurants
Effective communication skills
Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities

Job Duties

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
Nurture, grow, and retain the restaurant team
Build a culture of excellent customer service
Ensure food is served quickly and with high quality
Maintain cleanliness and equipment standards
Manage the restaurant's profit and loss statement
Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
