Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in restaurant management
  • Experience working in fast casual restaurant chains preferred
  • Ability to manage and develop large teams of 25+ members per shift
  • Proficiency in financial planning including P&L, COGS, budgeting, and labor scheduling
  • Knowledge and application of food safety standards
  • ServSafe Manager's Certification required
  • Strong communication skills for diverse staff interaction
  • Coachable and eager to receive feedback
  • Initiative-driven and capable of big-picture thinking
  • Customer service-focused

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in restaurant management
  • Experience in fast casual restaurant chains preferred
  • Managed and developed 25+ team members per shift
  • Experience with P&L, COGS, budgeting, financial planning, decision making, process improvement, strategic planning, labor scheduling, training and team development, quality focus
  • Knowledge of food safety and planning
  • ServSafe Manager's Certification required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback
  • Self-starter with initiative and big-picture thinking
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Innovative with business process design
  • Passionate about real food
