Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Minimum of 2 years of QSR/Fast Casual restaurant management experience, with prior experience working with P&L
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • SERV Safe Food Safety certification
  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Manage and oversee a profitable restaurant by driving sales and performance initiatives focused on guest satisfaction, people development, and excellent brand standards
  • Train, motivate, and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service in a clean facility and safe environment
  • Using excellent communication and effective decision-making skills, professionally manage customer feedback by resolving and addressing guests' unique needs
  • Lead the restaurant's recruitment and selection process to build and maintain an effective restaurant team
  • Create and maintain a positive culture through coaching and feedback while effectively managing individual and team recognition programs
  • Delegate shift assignments and create schedules that adhere to proper staffing levels based on expected sales volumes and labor controls
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness while ensuring the team works safely and follows all safety protocols, guidelines, and procedures
