Job Requirements

  • Experience in team leadership or management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Capability to manage financial aspects of a restaurant

  • Previous management experience in the fast-food or restaurant industry preferred

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Recruit and train restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to Taco Bell brand standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and enhance customer experience
  • Manage profit and loss (P&L) statements to maintain financial health of the restaurant
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and rewarding team culture
  • Lead and empower a team, promoting employee growth and career development
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
