Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in team leadership or management
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capability to manage financial aspects of a restaurant
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to follow brand standards and operational procedures
Job Qualifications

- Previous management experience in the fast-food or restaurant industry preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills

- Ability to manage financials including budgeting and P&L
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Recruit and train restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to Taco Bell brand standards
- Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and enhance customer experience
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) statements to maintain financial health of the restaurant
- Foster a positive, energetic, and rewarding team culture
- Lead and empower a team, promoting employee growth and career development
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
