Job Duties
- Drive excellence in customer service

- Analyze sales, labor, inventory and take corrective action
- Develop store CAPEX requests and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained
- Monitor inventory and order fulfillment

- Manage restaurant level HR activity including hiring and performance management
- Provide hands-on training and development
