Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to uphold company values and culture
