- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least five years of experience as a general manager in an upscale restaurant
- Proven experience managing high-volume operations exceeding 5 million dollars in annual sales
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and cost control experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations for the front of the house with a focus on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
- Take responsibility for all daily operations including staff scheduling, delegating tasks, supervising service, and maintaining a strong floor presence
- Work closely with the team to ensure guests have extraordinary experiences
- Lead the team effectively, uphold standards, and implement operational systems
- Control costs in all operational areas
- Solve problems proactively and positively
- Ensure a strong leadership presence and maintain team motivation
