Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 5 plus years of management in the restaurant or an equivalent industry with at least 2 years as a general manager
- Fast-food QSR or drive-thru experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving results through collaborative leadership and strong commitment to team success
- Strong sense of urgency and excels in high-volume fast-paced environment
- Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Previous manager training experience new store opening experience a plus
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days evenings and weekends and travel as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversees all daily store operations ensuring goals for development food quality safety speed and labor are consistently achieved
- Delivers consistent operations guest satisfaction and achievement of company standards
- Identifies emerging leaders creates personalized development plans for their career growth and offers constructive feedback to support individual and team development
- Works closely with District Manager to align on team development operational goals and district-level objectives
- Provides exceptional guest experience with both walk-up and drive-thru orders
