Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 5 plus years of management in the restaurant or an equivalent industry with at least 2 years as a general manager
  • Fast-food QSR or drive-thru experience preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving results through collaborative leadership and strong commitment to team success
  • Strong sense of urgency and excels in high-volume fast-paced environment
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Previous manager training experience new store opening experience a plus
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including days evenings and weekends and travel as needed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversees all daily store operations ensuring goals for development food quality safety speed and labor are consistently achieved
  • Delivers consistent operations guest satisfaction and achievement of company standards
  • Identifies emerging leaders creates personalized development plans for their career growth and offers constructive feedback to support individual and team development
  • Works closely with District Manager to align on team development operational goals and district-level objectives
  • Provides exceptional guest experience with both walk-up and drive-thru orders
