Job Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications
- College degree in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
- two to three years of management experience in food and beverage
- working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons standards
- knowledge of food and beverage service, cost and labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- ability to operate food and beverage computer systems
- good command of the English language
Job Duties
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all restaurant employees to meet standards
- provide visible leadership in the operation and promote good public relations
- handle guest complaints, concerns, or special requests
- ensure quality of food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits
- collaborate with food and beverage leadership to design menu and wine lists
- control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling and budgeting
- oversee facility and equipment condition and recommend improvements
- comply with Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct
- work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
- maintain a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
