Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience managing a restaurant or similar business
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of P&L management
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop employees
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude under pressure
