Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior management experience in a restaurant or related field
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills including email and typing

  • Experience or exposure to labor cost reporting and business related reporting
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks and paperwork

Job Duties

  • Creates an in store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick and accurate service
  • Provides guests a brand right environment for placing orders and dining
  • Ensures drive through menu boards and order taking equipment are clean and functional with speed, accuracy and quality standards met
  • Communicates with guests to obtain feedback and resolve complaints promptly
  • Recruits, hires, trains and directs team members while communicating job expectations and providing regular performance feedback
  • Ensures restaurant areas comply with safety and cleanliness standards and performs daily facility inspections
  • Drives in store sales activities and reviews sales reports to implement action plans
  • Manages labor scheduling and operating reports to control expenses
  • Oversees cash handling procedures and maintains organized records
  • Monitors inventory levels, product storage, equipment maintenance and food safety compliance
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by Market Leader
