Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • maintain current health card
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • identify and develop a high-potential team into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class operations including well-developed staff and pristine restaurants
  • maintain and drive high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • perform and understand every job in the restaurant
  • be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and act as the ultimate decision-maker
  • engage in clear and consistent communications with leadership and staff
  • build effective teams through training, development, and meaningful performance feedback
