Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Previous restaurant experience desirable
- Serv Safe certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Math skills including P and L analysis
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Open availability
- Leadership capability
- Basic computer literacy
- Pass background check and drug test
Job Qualifications

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to listen and influence others
- Understanding of P and L analysis, cash controls, labor analysis, and food cost calculations

- Willingness to work various shifts with open availability
- Leadership skills to develop and motivate others
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of order processing systems
Job Duties
- Responsible for working the front counter to ensure quality service
- Checks product quality and communicates with customers
- Effectively trains and coaches employees to show courtesy and handle complaints
- Conducts meetings with team members and management
- Develops and maintains sales levels using local store marketing
- Monitors utilities, supplies, and cost categories to minimize impact
- Analyzes profits and loss statements and takes corrective action
- Controls restaurant inventory
- Uses company approved labor guidelines
- Develops and posts labor schedules
- Manages restaurant cash control
- Ensures accidents and incidents are reported and takes necessary action
- Maintains safe work environment and high health department ratings
- Ensures professional restaurant and team image
- Informs District Manager of hiring and promotions
- Processes payroll
- Conducts performance reviews and disciplinary actions
- Maintains personnel files
- Utilizes preventive maintenance systems
- Attends scheduled meetings
- Performs all required administrative paperwork
