Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Able to travel as needed
- Strong sense of urgency
- Excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience in the restaurant or equivalent industry
- At least 2 years as a General Manager
- Experience in fast-food, QSR, or drive-thru environments preferred
- Proven track record of achieving results through collaborative leadership
- Strong commitment to team success
- Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Previous manager training experience
- New Store Opening experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversees all daily store operations, ensuring goals for development, food quality, safety, speed, and labor are consistently achieved
- Delivers consistent operations, guest satisfaction, and achievement of company standards
- Identifies emerging leaders, creates personalized development plans for their career growth, and offers constructive feedback to support individual and Team development
- Works closely with District Manager to align on team development, operational goals, and district-level objectives
- Provides exceptional guest experience with both walk-up and drive-thru orders
