Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with leadership abilities
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card as required by state or local regulations
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations with a successful and well-trained crew
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job in the restaurant
  • Be accountable for overall restaurant performance and serve as the ultimate decision-maker
  • Engage in clear and consistent communication with field leadership and staff
  • Build effective teams through training, development, and performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain strong financial results
