Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with leadership abilities
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current health card as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations with a successful and well-trained crew
- Maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Perform and understand every job in the restaurant
- Be accountable for overall restaurant performance and serve as the ultimate decision-maker
- Engage in clear and consistent communication with field leadership and staff
- Build effective teams through training, development, and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain strong financial results
