Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Expected to work 50 hours per week
  • Must maintain current health card
  • Must pass ServSafe certification
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in restaurant leadership of at least two years

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card as per state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass ServSafe certification course and exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated experience managing restaurant operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including crew development and store cleanliness
  • Maintain and drive high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Possess and demonstrate the ability to perform every job within the restaurant
  • Serve as the ultimate decision-maker for the restaurant’s performance
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • Build effective teams through training, development, and performance feedback
