Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work over 50 hours per week including nights weekends and some holidays
- experience in restaurant management is preferred
- strong leadership abilities
- good communication skills
- familiarity with state and federal labor laws
- capability to manage financial reporting and controls
- ability to resolve customer complaints professionally
- commitment to maintain a safe work environment
- willingness to train and develop team members
Job Qualifications

- previous restaurant management experience preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of restaurant operations and financial controls
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

- proficiency in basic accounting and budgeting
- commitment to upholding sanitation and safety standards
Job Duties
- work a 50 plus hour work week including nights weekends and some holidays
- frequently contact the public business and community organizations to improve public relations
- communicate with suppliers about delivery of quality supplies and repairs
- coordinate with Home Office personnel on policies and procedures
- maintain staffing levels through effective planning hiring employees and scheduling work hours
- supervise staff to ensure prompt courteous service quality products proper equipment maintenance sanitation compliance and restaurant cleanliness
- provide on-the-job training to crew members using company training tools
- implement and execute restaurant financial controls including petty cash profit and loss statements daily deposits payroll and reports
- manage supply orders quality control and accountability
- resolve customer complaints tactfully to maintain satisfaction
- appraise subordinate performance recognizing job performance
- prepare sales and expense projections to set profit goals
- exercise sound managerial judgment in employee relations and personnel actions including evaluations grievances discipline and counseling
- complete submit and maintain required internal records and reports
- train and develop Assistant Managers and Manager Trainees
- maintain a safe work environment
- perform other duties as assigned
