Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience required with proven lead experience
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including MVR
  • pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • expected 50-hour work week
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current Health Card as per state or local requirements
  • valid transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
  • pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop a team with high potential into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world class operations including a successful and well-developed crew and staff, pristine restaurants, excellent food, and strong financials
  • maintain and drive high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • have a clear understanding of and the ability to perform every job in the restaurant
  • be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and serve as ultimate decision-maker
  • engage in clear and consistent communications with field leadership and staff
  • build an effective team through training and development, supply meaningful performance feedback
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • maintain consistent strong financial results
