Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years food service management experience
- Flexible with schedule including weekends and holidays
- Serve Safe certification obtained within 6 months of employment
- Compliance with federal, state and local regulations
- Ability to manage and train diverse dining and catering staff

- Serve Safe certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations governing dining services
Job Duties
- Directly manages the overall dining program including meal service front of house and culinary back of house program with menu development, preparation, service, delivery and financial oversight
- Supports the hospitality program within the community
- Supervises dining managers, culinary, utility and service staff including training, evaluation and discipline
- Ensures efficiency and effectiveness of meal service and hospitality delivery
- Manages the financial operations of the dining program to optimize budget and profitability
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local regulations related to meal service and nutrition clinical care
- Provides dining service training for dining, catering and supporting staff
