Job Qualifications

  • Management experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • History of proven results
  • Positive, high energy, superior hospitality personality
  • Must love pizza
  • Valid TABC certificate
  • Valid Food Managers Certificate
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Train, develop, and provide career growth to employees
  • Maintain a work-life balance with less than 48 hours per week
  • Manage up to 100 employees
  • Provide customers with a unique and high-quality pizza dining experience
  • Oversee the execution of the Via 313 brand daily
  • Serve as the point of contact for all customer service matters
  • Oversee the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Via 313 standards
