Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Expected 50-hour workweek
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays, varies depending on needs of the business

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card as per state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Maintain and drive high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • Manage profit and loss responsibilities to maximize restaurant profitability
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communications with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide meaningful and timely performance feedback to team members
