Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have at least two years of restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current health card per state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Must pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership on all shifts
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to perform and understand every job in the restaurant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and achieve financial targets
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Ability to provide timely and constructive performance feedback

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team by recruiting and training top talent
  • Oversee all restaurant operations including profit and loss management
  • Ensure excellent customer service, high quality food, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that respects and appreciates individual contributions
  • Hold ultimate accountability for all aspects of restaurant performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health regulations
