Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required, two years of college preferred
  • One to two years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage the restaurant profitability and review P&L lines to increase financial performance
  • Drive sales through proactive guest service, people development, and operations management
  • Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service
  • Address guest feedback and develop action plans to resolve issues
  • Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding of restaurant staff
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, shift coordinators, and assistant managers
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and company policies
  • Manage labor scheduling and staffing
  • Uphold operational and brand standards
  • Perform duties of assistant manager and shift coordinator as needed
