- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

- strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
- demonstrated leadership skills

- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant profitability and P&L accountability
- drive sales through guest service and operations management
- motivate team members to exceed guest expectations
- respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve issues
- lead recruitment and selection to build restaurant team
- coach team members and assistant managers
- enforce compliance with regulations and brand standards
