Job Requirements

Must be at least eighteen years of age
high school diploma or GED required
1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen years of age
high school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
demonstrated leadership skills
demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

Manage restaurant profitability and P&L accountability
drive sales through guest service and operations management
motivate team members to exceed guest expectations
respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve issues
lead recruitment and selection to build restaurant team
coach team members and assistant managers
enforce compliance with regulations and brand standards
