Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability and P&L accountability
  • drive sales through guest service and operations management
  • motivate team members to exceed guest expectations
  • respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve issues
  • lead recruitment and selection to build restaurant team
  • coach team members and assistant managers
  • enforce compliance with regulations and brand standards
