Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- Must pass Criminal Background Check including Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work an expected 50-hour work week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two-years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to perform and understand every job in the restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Ability to manage P&L and operational performance
Job Duties
- Identifying a team with high potential and developing them into leaders
- Achieving and maintaining world class operations including successful and well-developed crew and staff
- Ensuring pristine restaurant conditions with excellent food and strong financials
- Maintaining high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Performing every job in the restaurant as needed
- Responsible for all aspects of restaurant performance and serving as ultimate decision-maker
- Engaging in clear and consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Building an effective team through training and development
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintaining strong financial results
