Job Requirements

  • Have at least five years restaurant or retail and people management experience
  • Proven ability to strategize and implement improvements based off P&Ls
  • Digitally driven with proficiency and interest using various tools and platforms
  • Possess strong written, verbal, supervisory, organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of restaurant maintenance programs and implementation
  • Ability to champion individual and team recognition efforts
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with success in people development
  • Ability to identify, recruit, and hire exceptional talent
  • Adaptable to and comfortable supporting change management
  • Proven experience training and developing both high and under performers
  • Ability to adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and occupational health and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least five years of restaurant or retail management experience

  • Strong proficiency with digital tools and platforms

  • Lead and develop a team of top-performing crew members
