- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Possession or ability to obtain state-required work cards
- Willingness to learn and be receptive to training
- Previous management experience a plus
- ServSafe certification a plus
- Experience with KPI growth and managing costs
