- minimum of five years restaurant or retail management experience
- proven ability to analyze and improve based on profit and loss statements
- proficiency with digital tools and platforms
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- understanding of restaurant maintenance programs
- ability to recruit, train, and develop team members
- adherence to corporate policies and health and safety standards
