Job Description
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, hiring and training qualified staff members, and maintaining high food standards. The General Manager will also be responsible for developing strategies that reduce costs and increase sales within the company and will create a positive brand image through consistent customer service and a strong understanding of restaurant protocol with professionalism and a positive attitude, contributing to the growth and popularity of the restaurant, as well as the long-term success of the employees.
