The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) plays a pivotal role in managing restaurant operations to achieve excellence and profitability. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily functions, including compliance with company standards and legal requirements. The RGM manages the restaurant's financial objectives such as labor costs, food quality, equipment maintenance, and inventory control. The role demands a strong leadership presence to recruit, develop, and retain top talent including Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
  • Proven ability to manage all shifts independently
  • Food safety certification required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if the role includes driving responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and personal effectiveness skills
  • Ability to maintain positive employee relations
  • Competent in handling guest service standards and complaint resolution
  • Compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational reports
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Job Qualifications
