We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant. This full-time position demands a leader skilled in managing all facets of the restaurant business, including guest services, employee relations, financial management, and compliance with all company policies and government regulations. The Restaurant General Manager will be accountable for the overall operational and fiscal effectiveness of the restaurant, guaranteeing that service quality and safety standards are met consistently. This role requires an individual who can not only uphold our company image within the community but also inspire and develop a dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring assistant managers, shift managers, and team members. They will implement employee orientation programs, create positive work environments, and conduct timely performance reviews. The manager must ensure that communication channels are effective on all shifts and that performance issues are addressed appropriately. Handling employee relations with professionalism and limiting legal exposure is paramount.

Guest satisfaction is at the heart of the role, with the Restaurant General Manager leading by example to achieve 100 percent guest satisfaction and adherence to company guest standards. They will manage guest complaint resolution using established methods such as BLAST, empowering the team to uphold exceptional service. Financial stewardship is critical, involving comprehensive management of labor costs, food and supply expenses, cash handling, audits, and asset protection.

Operational responsibilities include developing and enforcing CORE behaviors and compliance standards, maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols, adhering to municipal, state, and federal regulations, and managing preventive maintenance programs. The manager will also oversee all paperwork and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies, and actively implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic and business growth.

This role requires a strong leader who is collaborative, organized, and analytical, capable of balancing multiple priorities while fostering a motivating work environment. The position demands a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a persistent, self-directed work ethic. Candidates must possess proven experience in restaurant management with P&L responsibility and the ability to manage all shifts independently. Food safety certification and reliable transportation are necessary prerequisites.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
