Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years restaurant management experience
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with management team
  • Passion for delivering excellent guest experience
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant front of house and service teams
  • Build and lead a winning team to drive sales and profitability
  • Ensure excellent guest service and adherence to company standards
  • Provide direction, training, and coaching to team members
  • Oversee operational procedures and shift positions
  • Collaborate with assistant managers as part of the restaurant management team
