Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with management team

- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications

- Experience in managing full-service casual dining operations preferred
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant front of house and service teams
- Build and lead a winning team to drive sales and profitability
- Ensure excellent guest service and adherence to company standards
- Provide direction, training, and coaching to team members
- Oversee operational procedures and shift positions
- Collaborate with assistant managers as part of the restaurant management team
- Demonstrate and uphold company values of respect, excellence, communication, inclusion, performance and ethics
