Job Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years restaurant manager experience in a high-volume setting with volume over 8 million annually
  • highly polished and professional
  • strong time-management skills with ability to multitask prioritize and stay organized
  • food and alcohol training certified or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • excellent communication skills to connect with team members and guests
  • must be 21
  • ability stamina to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • capable of standing walking for up to 8 hours per shift and able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
  • adapt to working in both warm and cool environments indoors and outdoors
  • tolerate higher levels of noise from music and guest traffic
  • prepared to handle potential allergens including peanut products eggs dairy gluten soy seafood and shellfish

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years restaurant manager experience in a high-volume setting
  • food and alcohol training certification or ability to obtain within 30 days

  • strong time-management and organizational abilities

  • must be 21 years or older
  • physical stamina to work 50 hours per week and stand or walk up to 8 hours per shift
