- ability to stand for extended periods

- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to use POS systems
- flexibility to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
- reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
- take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- prepare and deliver orders promptly and ensure correct presentation
- check back with guests and ensure satisfaction throughout the meal
- maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas
- assist with resetting tables and supporting teammates as needed
- follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards
- communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams
- handle payment transactions and follow proper cash handling procedures
