Job Description
BRG is a dynamic hospitality company committed to fostering a positive, supportive, and inspiring work environment. The company focuses on ensuring its team members are set up for success and feel motivated to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day. With a strong emphasis on leadership, BRG values managers who lead by example and uphold the brand's high standards for hospitality and service quality. BRG operates within the restaurant industry, striving to create memorable dining experiences through excellent teamwork, training, and operational excellence.
The BRG Manager role is a critical leadership position responsible for managing the Front of House (FOH) team under the guidance of the General Manager (GM). The FOH Manager’s responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and managing the team to align with BRG's core values and standards. In the absence of the GM, the Manager oversees the Back of House team leadership as well. This role demands strong communication skills, the ability to instruct teams clearly on service standards, and a commitment to monitoring food and beverage quality from ingredient arrival to table presentation. The Manager actively participates in operational management, including adherence to health, safety, and labor regulations, financial oversight, and guest relations.
This full-time managerial position offers an opportunity to work within a renowned hospitality brand that emphasizes team collaboration, leadership by example, and continuous improvement. The Manager is tasked with being a visible presence on the floor to anticipate and solve challenges proactively, ensuring guest satisfaction and delivering an outstanding dining experience. BRG Managers also support administrative functions such as inventory management, budgeting, payroll processing, and financial reporting, working closely with the GM and corporate office to maintain operational excellence.
The role requires multitasking across a variety of duties, including conflict resolution with guests, staff training and development, communication across departments, and compliance with established company policies and government regulations. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of industry experience with supervisory or management responsibilities, possess relevant certifications such as ATC Responsible Vendor and ServSafe Manager, and demonstrate proficiency with technology tools like Google Workspace. The Manager must maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment, exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and embody BRG’s hospitality values in every interaction.
Overall, BRG offers a stimulating environment for leadership professionals eager to contribute to a growing restaurant brand. The Manager position is geared towards individuals who thrive in team-oriented settings, are adept at problem-solving, and are passionate about hospitality excellence. Working at BRG provides not only career growth and skill development but also the chance to be part of a company that prioritizes a positive workplace culture, guest satisfaction, and operational success.
